Cinematographer. Filmmaker. Storyteller. 

Amir Ghorbani-nia, (Born 1983, Tehran, Iran) is a cinematographer, colorist and visual experimentalist based in Toronto. His passion is creating powerful and emotionally compelling imagery. 

During the past decade of his professional life, he has collaborated closely with clients, agencies, production houses, and TV networks. The result has been the conversion of numerous ideas and concepts into visual formats.

Over the years he has had the opportunity to work on a wide range of delightful projects for local and multinational brands. His works have been recognized  as an award recipient or nominee of a variety of global festivals and competitions, including: The Digital Studio Awards, Nikon Film Competition, Festival de Cannes, Cameroon International Film Festival, and The Berlin Fashion Film Festival.

In Last 5 years I won 3 awards and nominated in 5 international festival around the globe . Best content creation on Digital studio awards 2013 , Nikon film competion in middle east and south Africa 2015, Best short film corners awards in Festival de Cannes 2008, nominations On Berlin fashion film festival 2014 , nominations on Cameroon International Film Festival-Camiff 2016 .

It’s a short story about wasting the food and how effective and how important it is , In the eyes of poor , hunger , black people.
